Roop Manjari (Neha Thakur) requests Nanddas (Pankaj Goswami) to accept her as his disciple but Nanddas tell her to be disciple of Shri Gusainji (Goswami Shri Vagish Kumarji Mahodayshri). Roop Manjari is blessed with an initiation known as BrahM Sambandh by Shri Gusainji. Nanddas teach her language, poetry and music. Roop Manjari becomes an inspiration for Nanddas and he writes "Roop Manjari" and "Ras Manjari".  Shri Gusainji sees his ego and sends him to stay and learn from Shri Soordasji. Soordas is the first among the group of eight poets founded by Shri Gusainji which is popularly known as "Ashta Sakha" and "Ashta Chhaap".  Nanddas realizes that unknowingly he had started to get attached to Roop Manjari in a worldly man to woman way. He asks Roop Manjari to surrender herself to Shri Krushna completely. Roop Manjari decides to go back to Jodha Bai as Nanddas goes to Soordasji.  Nanddas stays with Soordas at Parasouli and serves him.  While staying with Soordas Nanddas realizes that he himself was nothing compared to the capabilities of Soordas as a poet and musician.

After sometimes Soordas asks Nanddas to go back to his home and get married. It was very essential for him to overcome his worldly desires so Nanddas agrees and returns to Raam Pur. He founds out that Tulasi Das was already married to a beautiful woman named Ratnaavali (Deval Dave). Nanddas marries to a young woman called Kamala (Kalyani Thakar).

Once Emperor Akbar's principle queen Jodha Bai (Reeta Bhaduri) came for pilgrimage to Shri Shrinathji's temple. At that time Shri Shrinathji dwell at Shri Girirajji (mount Govardhan). With her came Roop Manjari (Neha Thakur) who was among her personal maids. When they visited the temple Nanddas was singing the glory of Shri Shrinathji. Roop Manjari was very much impressed by the poetry and musical recitation. She herself had very good voice and was well aware of the art of singing.
